At Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCoE), Pune, to streamlinevarious operations, we have implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by UDNAV Software Services Pvt. Ltd., which effectively manages 5,000+ students, 350+ faculty and staff, and 5,000+ parents. This system is deployed on AWS cloud and plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning across multiple domains.

Key Features of ERP System:

Online Admission Process – A completely digital admission system, making Enrolment seamless and transparent.
Course Registrations – Students can register for courses conveniently through the portal.
Academic Planning – Teaching plans, timetables, and schedules are efficiently managed.
Attendance & Academic Monitoring – A real-time attendance system and academic tracking ensure better engagement.
Proctor Module – Enables personalized student mentoring and progress tracking.
Examination Management – Facilitates marks entry, internal assessments, and result declaration.
Payroll & Leave Management – Automates payroll processing and faculty leave tracking, improving administrative efficiency.
PCCoE’s library is fully automated with an online catalog system for easy book search, reservations, and renewals. It provides seamless access to e-books, research databases, and digital journals, ensuring efficient resource management and enhanced learning.

Computer Centre: Equipped with 100 computers, internet, and printing services, accessible to students all day.
Campus-Wide Wi-Fi: Available in hostels, library reading halls, and common areas.
High-Speed Internet: 1100 Mbps total bandwidth through redundant leased lines:
- BSNL: 600 Mbps (Primary)
- Limras: 400 Mbps (Secondary)
Internet Access:
- Delivered in 1:1 mode, with speeds from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps.
- Dedicated allocation: 30 Mbps per academic program, 80 Mbps for faculty.
- Google Workspace access for faculty and students.

2. Advanced Networking Infrastructure

Fiber Optic Backbone: A 2.75 km Fiber Optic Ring connects all buildings.
Core-Distribution-Access Switching Model: Ensures high-speed network connectivity.
Cisco L3 Switch: Supports efficient network management.

3. Security & Cybersecurity Measures

Network Security:
irewalls: Sophos, Cyberoam, and Sonic Firewall for intrusion prevention and antivirus filtering.
Access Control & Intrusion Prevention: Prevents unauthorized access and regulates network traffic.
Wi-Fi Security: Secured using Ruckus Zone Director and configured access points.
