Login to ERP Pre-Admission Portal (https://learner.pceterp.in/pre-admission)

Enter Application ID (EN26_______) and fetch details

Enter personal email ID → Click SEND OTP → Enter OTP from email

Fill unfreeze details: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number → Click Admission Confirmation

Check personal email for ERP login credentials (login name & password)

Login to ERP Portal (https://learner.pceterp.in/)

Change default password (enter old & new password)

Click blue circle (top right) → Select User Profile

Fill first four tabs: Personal Details, Contact Details, Family Details, Education Details

Click Print Profile tab to generate form

1. Boys Hostel Capacity: 300 (First Year), allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Girls Hostel Capacity: 150 (First Year), allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Admission Validity: Hostel admission is valid for one academic year; subsequent allotments are made on a merit basis.
4. Room Sharing: Each hostel room accommodates a maximum of 3 students.
5. Facilities Include:
   
   • Air-conditioned rooms
   • 24×7 electricity and water supply
   • High-speed Wi-Fi
   • Solar-powered hot water system with geysers as backup
   • Well-equipped gymnasium and common recreational areas
   • Doctor on call
   • Daily newspaper
   • Housekeeping services
6. Mess Fees Include: Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
