MESSAGE from Deputy Director: :
Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering is located in an Industrial belt of Automotive Industries and IT hub, of Pune. PCCOE is committed to give Outcome Based Education through Knowledge (K), Skill (S) and Attitude(A), to support skill based technocrats of Naya Bharat. Outcome Based Curriculum, Teaching Learning, Assessment & Evaluation, state of the art laboratory equipments, physical infrastructure and conducive work culture in PCCOE has become first choice for the students to pursue engineering and management education. PCCOE has successfully implemented B. Tech [Computer Engineering] in regional language, a leading step to implement Professional Education in Regional Language, as intended by National Education Policy 2020. Also the Outcome Based Choice Based Credit Framework with Multidisciplinary Minors, Honors and flexibilities will offer multiple choices for students to develop their future career path.
PCCOE has laboratories with the state of art equipments and recognized by many Industries. Collegiate Clubs, Professional student Chapters, Sports, Yoga, NSS, ISR, Art Circle and other support activities will make all round development of students. Conducive research culture supports students to develop research and innovation skills to showcase talents at many platforms like Smart India Hackathon, IEEE Events at National and International level, patent and copyright publications etc. Section 8 company CIIL supports students to register their startup enabling entrepreneur culture. With vibrant Industry Institute Interaction cell and with the support of Training and Placement cell, student got various opportunities for Internships and placements. Industry driven curriculum supports students to become industry ready.
Pune is also selected as one of the smart City in India and thus many Infrastructure developments are coming up with various opportunities to students and faculty.

BIOGRAPHY :
Dr Nilkanth Chopade is Professor in Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Deputy Director and Dean Administration at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Pune. He has completed Bachelor and Master of Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati and Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering, from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University in the year 2009. He has total 33 years of Teaching/ Research/ Administrative experience.
Prof. Nilkanth Chopade has been appointed as Deputy Director & Dean Administration of PCCOE since October 2020. He holds various administrative positions at PCCOE including, Officiating Director, Incharge Principal, Dean Academics, Head of the Department, GB / CDC member, Finance Committee, IQAC Member etc
