Training on Computer Fundamentals for Pawana School Teachers, Yelashe Village
MCA department conducted three days “Computer Fundamentals” Training program for rural school teachers of Pawana School, Yeleshe from 28th Dec. 2015 to 30th Dec. 2015. This activity was successfully conducted by Prof. Anjana R.A. Prof. Dipali Railkar and Prof. Poonam Katyare along with SYMCA students (CYBERNETTREK Team) Mr. Ganesh Chikhalikar, Ms. Shruti Gunwant, Ms. Pakali Kangle, Ms. Kartika Cholayil, Ms. Rashmi Ingale.
Soft Skill Training
Soft Skill training program was conducted by Mrs. Radhi Nair from 19-28 of August 2015 for MCA students. The lecture series covered different topics like grammar, letter writing, personal grooming, effective communication etc. The training was conducted with objective was to improve the soft skills of students.
Outcome : Confidence level increased, communication improved, helped to develop personality.
Guest Lecture on IT Governance
Department of MCA organized a guest lecture on “IT Governance” with the aim to give the students an extra input in subject like Information Security and Audit. The eminent speaker for guest lecture was Mr. Avadhoot Dhamdhere (Consultant IT Management & Service Delivery, Pune) invited on 12/03/2015. The event was successfully coordinated and concluded with vote of thanks by Mrs. Dipali Railkar (MCASA I/C).
MCA Student Association (MCASA) has organized an event “KIAROZ -2015 - Decision towards Action” consisting of three different rounds focusing on aptitude, technical and communication skills among students. The event started with Lamp lighting and inauguration of the program. The event had Brain Teaserz (Aptitude Test), Techno Spark (Technical Test) and Mind Tools (HR & PI Test) rounds. To evaluate the tests Prof. Sonali Patil from Computer Engineering Department, PCCoE and Prof. Sopan Aghav, MCA Department, PCCoE were invited as judge. The event was successfully coordinated by Mrs. Dipali Railkar (MCASA I/C).
