Winter Project :

The institute encourages the first year students to take up winter projects which helps many of the students gain first hand experience in working with Corporate and thereby reduce the gaps between the theoretical and the practical. This also helps students obtain the much required industry endorsement.

 

Summer Training :

As per the University of Pune's requirement, all students undergo a summer training program with industries and corporations after their first year. The duration on this training is a minimum of 50 days. At the end of the project the students are required to present their work and submit a project report at the corporate office they worked with and at the institution as well. These summer projects are graded by the internal and external (University) faculty. These marks are further communicated to the University.

 

Additional Inputs :

Apart from the University curriculum, the students undergo various other training programs that help in the development of the all-round personality of the students.

We have a unique tie-up with different Institute to Enhance and Enrich the Skill Sets of the Students. Various Personality Development programs along with Spoken English improvement sessions are conducted by us to help the students overcome personal barriers and gear them up for entering the industry with skills that will intensify the competition within the industry.

We also have different add on courses to widen their knowledge horizon, we have arrangement to take different add-on courses along with the regular MBA Program

Weekly Guest Lectures by top-notch corporate executives are also organized to boost the morale of the students and deepen their thirst for knowledge. Seminars and Workshops by eminent personalities, to guide our students are also conducted to help students choose the right career path for themselves.
