Research and Development at IT Engineering

Department Philosophy
The main objective of the R&D cell of IT department is to bring the hidden and innovative talents of the students on the surface through research publications, Patents, design contests, etc. We believe that if the teaching and learning process of the departments is inclined towards research then it significantly contributes to the outcome based education. The department has the faculty expertise in all the domains who continuously guides the students for paper publications, patents, etc. As a result of this, in the year 2014-15, the department could have published 88 research publications in the reputed conferences and journals, filed the patents, grabbed the number of awards, etc. We are very much sure that these achievements will grow quantitatively as well as qualitatively in the coming years.
