INFORMATION UNDER THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT – 2005    

Although the Act is applicable to Public authorities, but by a Govt. resolution by the Govt of Maharashtra vide Law and Judiciary Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 8^th July 2005. No. 849/B, The right to information Act 2005 was republished on 21^st July 2005 for general information to all the citizens of India and it is applicable to public authorities as well as private and unaided Institutions also.
